Terms of service

These terms cover the pilot feedback cycles described on this site. By requesting a pilot you agree to them.

The service

human/loop runs bounded human feedback cycles: a real person attempts agreed workflows in your software, and we deliver a folder of recordings, findings, and suggestions. Each cycle has a defined scope and delivery window.

Requests and acceptance

A request is not an order. We confirm scope, participants, price, and timing before starting, and we may decline a request that does not fit.

Pricing and payment

The introductory pilot is a one-time price per feedback cycle, shown on the site as US$299 or MXN 5,000 (or as confirmed in writing). Recurring monthly allocations and additional cycles are priced separately. Payment terms are agreed when the pilot is confirmed.

Delivery and retest

We deliver within the window we confirm for the pilot. Where a retest is included, it covers the agreed workflows on the updated build.

Your responsibilities

You provide a suitable test environment, test accounts and dummy data, a clear scope, and any documented requirements. You confirm you have the right to submit the product for testing. Do not send production credentials or real customer data.

What we do not promise

Findings come from real people and are not population estimates. We do not certify quality, security, accessibility, or compliance, and we do not guarantee defect-free software. A finding, a suggestion, or a “worked” result is not legal or professional sign-off.

Deliverables and intellectual property

You may use the delivered folder freely within your organisation. We retain the right to reuse our methods, templates, and folder structure, and may describe anonymised learnings, but not your confidential information.

Confidentiality

Each side will protect the other’s confidential information and use it only for the pilot.

Refunds and cancellation

If we do not deliver the agreed package, you may request a refund of the amount paid for it. Once a cycle has started, participant and coordination costs may be non-refundable; we will say so before starting.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a pilot is limited to the amount paid for that pilot, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy, and participant recording is described in the recording and consent page.

Changes

If these terms change, we update the date above.
